Capital Markets Placement Consultants
CMP Consultants are high-caliber IT professionals, ready to interview and start a new position. Consultants come off projects every 6 months to 1 year and are usually available for a period of up to 1 week while benched. Capital Markets Placement specializes in solid developers with a strong financial background.
 
Candidate Representation
Our Advisors are on every-day contact basis with Consultants and Capital Markets Placement Active Members, and are completely informed of their status, technology skills, preferences, etc. Advisors are assigned by technology and often multiple candidates can be presented for each requirement.
 
Dedicated Recruiter (REQruiter)
For batches and multiple job requests CMP will assign a Recruiter to filter through the top matches for each job and submit the end result to the client. Recruiters work closely with Advisors and often can fill the openings by the end of the day.
